Record List Columns

The columns displayed in records lists; authors, royalty contracts, royalty statements, editions, titles, etc., can be changed by the user.

1. Go to the record list

2. Select the Columns button on the right side of the screen

3. Select the field(s) that you want to display

4. Press Add> to move the field from the Available columns list to the Selected columns list

5. Select the field order by selecting a field on the right and press the Move up or Move down button

6. Press OK and return to the record list view.
